When two of X1，X2，X3 or all of X1,X2,X3 are “on”，Prority:X1>X2>X3,
For Example: X1，X2 are also on，it is Speed 0。
X2，X3 are also on，it is Speed 1。
X1，X2，X3 are also off，it speed 3。
When it change speed, the accelerate time is what you set.
